From 1974 to present, Tom has provided Project Controls, including expert and Project Neutral support, to Owners, public contracting agencies including K-12 school and College Districts, general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties. Tom has also been successful in assisting clients in resolving contract and technical disputes in ninety percent of cases at or before the mediation phase.
